Eric’s Favorite Fast & Easy Side Dish: Just 3 Steps in the Copper Chef Pan!

Hey, guys. Eric Theiss here.

It’s time for back to school, so I’ve created some quick and easy recipes in the Copper Chef pan. They’re all fast, kid-friendly dinner ideas anyone can make in a flash.

Especially when you’re cooking in a nonstick Copper Chef Square pan.

The Copper Chef pan makes it so easy to have a fast, healthy dinner on the table. Even if you don’t have a lot of time.

This copper pan makes it easy for me to transform five-minute dinner recipes into mouthwatering, healthy meals. So I feel good about feeding everything I make in the Copper Chef pan to my family.

The Copper Chef Nonstick pan is designed with Cerami-Tech, Nonstick Technology. That means nothing will stick to this copper frying pan. Even if food burns by accident.

Eggs and burgers slide right out of my Copper Chef frying pan. Even baked desserts lift out of the pan with no effort.

Unlike ordinary nonstick baking dishes.

That’s right! You can bake decadent chocolate desserts in CopperChef. You can also fry, broil, sautee, steam, and braise in the same nonstick frying pan.

My Copper Chef is really handy when it comes to kitchen organization ideas. Plus, I don’t have to worry about putting it into the oven. This amazing non-stick pot is heat-resistant up to 850 degrees.

Can you say that about your other nonstick cookware?

I created today’s recipe for Pesto Green Beans as a kid friendly side dish for chicken. But you don’t have to wait for your best chicken recipe to serve it.

This healthy side dish is just as perfect for a fast and easy supper as it is for a dinner party or decadent holiday dinner recipe.

Eric’s Pesto Green Beans

Serves 4

2 Tbsp. pesto

¼ cup red wine vinegar

¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 lb. French green beans

1 pinch salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Fill the Copper Chef half way with water. Add 1 tbsp. sea salt. Bring to a boil and add green beans. Cook until tender.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine pesto, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss green beans with pesto mixture before serving.

I just got my Copper Chef pans last week and I’m still having fun and figuring out new recipes! I haven’t burned anything with these new pans. I would recommend these pans to family and friends

Will you be making more pans of different sizes, as I would like to trade out the other pans for the Copper Chef pans.

  2. Karen

I would buy more Copper pans in different sizes.
Will you be making different sizes? I would like to trade out all my other pans!!

Hi Karen! Please keep an eye out as we will be adding new pans!

Since I bought my Copper Chef pan I have rarely used any of my other pans or skillets. I seem to be cooking everything in the CopperChef pan. Love it and I keep telling my friends about it. If this had been available a few years ago, I would not have invested in new pots and pans.

  4. I have the saute pan but I want the casserole 11 inch pan. When will it air on Qvc. again. I missed it and had sold out. Can you give me a date it will come out again AT THAT SAME PRICE WITH SAME ACCESSORIES AND FREE SHIPPING. IM DISSAPOINTED THAT THERE’S NO ADVANCE ORDERS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK

Unfortunately, we don’t have any information on when the casserole will be sold on QVC again. For future reference the pans are available to purchase from QVC several days before the show airing.
