Who doesn’t love autumn? From the crisp cool in the air to the gorgeous array of colored leaves falling from the trees, this time of year is a favorite for many people. Autumn isn’t just an ideal time of year because of the great fashion and beautiful colors. This is the season that places an emphasis on family and food.

As the weather outside gets cooler, it’s time to warm up our souls with the love of our family and fill up our stomachs with some great food. At Copper Chef, creating recipes that draw families to the dinner table is something we take great pride in. This time of year, with Thanksgiving, is no different.

    Is the cooking time for French fries using cooper crisper the same as in a baking sheet?

      Hi Christiana. The Copper Crisper is elevated so you wouldn’t have to turn your fries like on a baking sheet. The air is able to circulate around your food!

    I am a home chef, i cook every day, but recently, had been frustrated with my cheap pans, oil would always burn, I could not get a nice searing on the meat, too hot, or too cold, etc.
    So i was in the market for a new pan, and I just tried the Copper chef casserole pan. Just got it yesterday and I sauted/ baked 2 pork cutlets ( about 1.5″ wide ea) CAME OUT GREAT!!!
    I love cooking with the Copper Chef, ir really works as advertised!!!
    But I am really searching for more recipes, esp high protein, lots of veggies low carb options.!!!
    I need more recipes, please!!!!!

    At 86 years young and cooking for one for the first time in my life, I bought the 10″ skillet with the lid. My first test was to put two fresh chicken thighs In the skillet WITH NO LIQUID OR OIL, put the lid on and cooked on LOW heat after seasoning with Mrs. Dash, for about 25 minutes. The chicken cooked in its own juices and the fatty skin was turned to liquid in the pan. Took a paper towel to wipe it out and then soap and water – easy. The chicken had a lovely brown coating top and bottom. I will be making and delivering these chicken pieces to friends in my community who no longer cook but love home cooked food. need more recipes..
